We want you to love your AILLMAY accessories. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Earrings and pierced items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

Send us an email at support@aillmay.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if defective)

We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. We recommend contacting us first to confirm availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We do not accept packages sent without prior authorization.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
